This 1 hour walk through consultation consists of discussions regarding all things necessary to get the home in market ready condition.

 

We focus on topics such as decluttering, organization, maintenance, cleanliness, furniture placement, accessorizing and the possibility of bringing in addition items to complete the look that is necessary for online listing photos.

Redesign (Occupied) Staging

($150.00 per hour)  

 

This service is available to those that prefer us to only use the

furniture and décor the homeowner already has,

staged in a way that looks it’s very best for marketing photos.

 

This is also a great way to get the home in photo ready condition

just hours before the photographer arrives.

 

You do not need to be selling your home for this service. It’s a great way to get a professionally designed look without spending a fortune. 

 

Some homeowners prefer buying new things they love and our team gladly turns it all into a cohesive decorated space.

Soft Staging (Owner Occupied)

This service is a mix of redesign, using the homeowners' furniture and Choice Designs bringing in additional wall art, bedding and accessories. Bringing in new, trendy accessories can help a home look it's best and add appeal to as many potential buyers as possible.  A consultation is required for a quote to accurately be determined.
